B is for ...

BROOM

and bucket of birdseed on the back porch.

***************
Belated intro: I stumbled across this alphabe challenge, hosted by Jenny Matlock, while bloghopping last week, and jumped in without giving it much thought. I'm usually a Planner, but I started this with nothing more than the alphabet in mind.

Fast forward a week, and it looks like I'm better organized and settled down to an I Spy Around-the-House alphabet series, doesn't it? Plenty of odd stuff to see around here :)  And red will probably become a secondary theme, because my house is red, and so many of the things in it are red, too ... so OK, let's see how many entries I can accumulate that include red.

I like red too. We had a red kitchen for a long time - it took seven coats of primer and paint to cover it when we changed! I couldn't live without red, so painted two big cupboards red and filled them with red and white dishes - bliss!
I like your bucket and broom and look forward to coming back to visit other letters.

ahh the broom. My dog lives in terror of it. I don't know why.

What a happy red bucket!

And I love straw brooms! I generally end up buying the man-made ones because our dog loves to destroy the natural bristle ones.

I bet the birds in your neighborhood love you! That is a bounteous bucket for them!

Thanks for linking for the letter "B".
