Bunches of Bs!

Welcome to Big Bear Lake, California, a resort town in the mountains high above Los Angeles.  We have a beautiful seven-mile-long lake for summer water sports, and two ski resorts for winter fun.  We're at about 7000' feet elevation, smack-dab in the middle of the San Bernardino National Forest -- blue skies and pine trees everywhere!

A again ...

Well, here's a sad story:  I started doing Alphabe Around the House last winter, moving merrily along.  Got through  'C', and while I was planning my 'D is for Dog' entry, we had to have my dear old dog Jess put to sleep.  So I had to stop then.

This time, since it's beautiful summer and I live in an interesting place, my theme is going to be
